Welcome to Toolboksi Academy

Ensuring high quality craftsmanship and customer service from the informal artisans/handymen/fundis is a challenge because so many of them had either been trained at discredited institutions or vocational colleges teaching outdated techniques or had not even undergone through vocational training at all. So too few had received customer service training.

Toolboksi combines our training with entrepreneurship development in order to increase incomes and to create more stable, career-oriented jobs. This happens during on-boarding and monthly through significant human and capital investments at our offices.
